Excluding tourism, people in Slatine are occupied most by fishing and Mediterranean agriculture. Small port with 50 boats, football and basketball ground…pizzeria, restaurants and tavern with fish delicacies are completing idyllic picture of Slatine. There is also possibility of boat excursion to the neighbor islands.
On the south side of the island, 2 km near Slatine, is situated shrine “Gospa od Prizidnica”, placed between the cliffs highly raised above the sea.
